Adding Customers
Overview:
This is a list of customers that you sell products or services to. It includes basic CRM screen allowing you to store additional information such as visits, call backs etc.
Process
1.Menu Screen : MASTER FILES - CUSTOMER
2. Here you will see the "Customer" screen .You can see an existing list of customers that are currently in the WBS system .

2. Here you will see the "Customer" screen .You can see an existing list of customers that are currently in the WBS system .
You can use the filter section above column to filter any information or click the column heading to sort that column
3. From here you can either edit an existing customer or add a new one the layout is the same in both cases

4.1 To add a new customer select the Add New Button and you will see the customer detail displayed in a form.
4.2 Note the additional User Text fields. These fields can be used to store any additional information about the customer and you can change the description to a more meaningful one in configuration. For more information on how to do this see the screen configuration document.
4.3 Remember to enter the Currency and the Default Tax Code as this information will be automatically copied onto a new sales order.
4.4 For full information about any column click on Column details.
4.5 Press "Update" to save changes.
Customers can be imported from a spreadsheet
If your customers currently exist on a spreadsheet then this process allows you to import all your customers in one go. Please follow the instructions at the bottom of the screen How to import.
