Adding stages to Dispatch,Sales Orders,Purchase Orders etc. 

Overview:
Stages can be added to various processes such as Sales,Purchases Dispatch or even Customers to cover such things as  approval process or dispatch process.

Click on this menu to set up the various stages

This screen will appear allowing you to add or modify various stages for Sales ,Purchases,Invoices and Customers  

The stages relate to different items within WBS. When reviewing the stages the user can filter on the appropriate type of process IE.   
  • So-Sales order -complete sales order
  • Po-Purchase order -complete purchase order
  • Mo-Manufacture order complete manufacture order
  • Cu-Customer
  • Su-Supplier
  • In-Invoice Note this one is used when dispatching parts of a sales order through multiple stages to an invoice.

As you can see to add a stage simply add a new record and indicate the type of process it relates to such as PO for purchase orders or IN for Invoice / dispatches. Notice you can also see the number of items currently at each stage and by clicking View you can jump to those specific items
