Booking finished product into stock
Overview
Once items have been made on a Manufacture Order it is important they are booked into Stock so they can be later dispatched on a Sales Order. Note the system setting can either be set to yes or no depending whether you are reducing stock during manufacture.

2. Here you will see the “Manufacture Order List” screen.
3.Press “Add View” on Transfer to Stock column.
4. This screen will appear.
4.1 Now enter the information on “Add New Records“ section such as date, quantity produced, batch number if it is a batch controlled product then select location and press “Update”.Note: Stock will automatically increase at the selected location and a new batch will created if required. Raw Material may reduce automatically depending on the settings mentioned above.
4.2 If you are booking materials to the job under batch control then press “Add/View" on View Back flush qty column . This screen will appear.

This screen will suggest the quantities you should have used and allow you to enter the actual quantities used if different. Notice : The columns that indicate which items are stock quantity and which are Batch products. Batch products MUST have a batch number. Once the user presses update the detailed business process is performed.
5. When you have completely finished producing products on the Manufacture Order then select “YES” on the Complete Column on the Manufacture Order screen. This means the Manufacture Order is closed. Closing a manufacture order is simply a way to distinguish which manufacture order are closed and which ones are still open.
