Review Projected Stock
Overview
Projected Stock is an indication showing what stock you will have in the future so you can raise Purchase Orders or Manufacture Orders before Stock runs out. It shows your total current stock at and the future requirement for Sales Orders not dispatched or Manufacture Orders not complete then automatically adds stock not yet delivered on Purchase Orders to calculate Projected Stock
This screen is sorted with the biggest projected shortages at the top. These are the products that need to be either purchased or made and you can also see the reason for the shortage.
Process
1. Menu Screen : STOCK CONTROL – PROJECTED STOCK

Process
1. Menu Screen : STOCK CONTROL – PROJECTED STOCK
2. Here you will see the “Projected Stock” screen.
2. Here you will see the “Projected Stock” screen.
3. Now review all negative Projected Stock. Negative Projected Stock means you will be short of this product if you want to dispatch all sales items.
If Projected Stock is negative follow the below procedure:
3.1 Consider raising a Purchase Order or a Manufacture Order to ensure you will have enough stock.
3.2 Press “View ” on Purchase Order Detail column to see Quantity Pending on Purchase Order Items that have been raised for the selected product.
3.3 Press “View ” on Sales Order Detail column to see Quantity Pending on Sales Orders Items that have been raised for the selected product.
3.4 Press “View” on the Manufacture Detail column to see Quantity Pending on Manufacture Orders that have been raised for this product. Note one Manufacture Order has a quantity of Finished Products to make and a quantity of Raw Material needed for the Finished Product so a Manufacture Order can effect multiple products on this screen.
3.5 Raise additional Purchase or Manufacture Orders for any shortages and once raised this information will automatically be updated.
