Scan employee's On and Off a job
Overview
WBS can generate a manufacture job card with specific instructions on it regarding how to perform every process in the manufacture of a product. By default it generates a barcode for every operation. This barcode can be used by the operator to scan ON and OFF the operation and the system will record exactly how much time has been taken to achieve this operation and the quantity produced. This way WBS can calculate the actual labour cost. The actual time can be compared with the estimated time set up in the product routing to see if it is reasonable.
