Stock Audit
Overview
Every stock transaction for a product that is defined as a Stock Item in the products menu is recorded in the Stock Audit. It shows stock in and out of a particular location and the reason why stock was adjusted. The reasons why stock was adjusted can be for example as a result of a stock take, Purchase Order items being delivered, products being used or created on a manufacture order or products being dispatched. Can be filtered by Location or product code to see activity within a location or how a particular product is being used
Process
1. Menu Screen : STOCK CONTROL - STOCK AUDIT
2. Here you will see "Stock Audit" screen. You can see an existing list of Stock Audit .

Process

2. Here you will see "Stock Audit" screen. You can see an existing list of Stock Audit .
3. You can use the filter section above each column to filter any information or click the column heading to sort that column
4. Now we are going to filter product.
4.1 Use filter above Product Code column and press "Update" , like shown on picture below.

4.2 Here you can see every stock change for particular product.
5. To see changes made in particular location.
5.1 Enter location name and press "Update".

6.1 Use filter above Product Code column and Location column then press "Update" .
